displayed on the platform’s website during the outage informed druggies, stating” Due to conservation
exertion,e-ticketing service wo n’t be available.

The outage led to a swell in complaints from druggies, with Downdetector, a popular website outage
monitoring service, reporting over 2,500 complaints about the attainability of the IRCTC’s online marking
service.

The issue began beforehand in the day and lasted for several hours, impacting both individual
trippers and businesses counting on the platform for bookings.

While the conservation was essential, the lack of previous notice sparked review from druggies on social
media, who called for better communication regarding planned winters. IRCTC has not yet clarified whether
any fresh measures will be taken to help analogous dislocations in the future.
The platform is a critical element of the Indian Railroads’ operations, handling millions of deals daily.
The recent incident highlights the significance of robust planning and communication to insure minimum

As services are now completely restored, IRCTC has prompted druggies to renew bookings and assured them
